RON MILLER, JR - PASTOR

Ron Miller, Jr. has lived in Tallahassee for over 40 years. He considers it a tremendous privilege to pastor a church in the city he loves so dearly. Ron had the opportunity to fulfill a childhood dream by playing basketball for the Florida State Seminoles (FSU) from 1988-1991, and was appointed team captain his senior year. Ron was also named FSU’s Atlantic Coast Conference Scholarship Athlete of the Year in 1991.

In October of 1989, Ron had a life changing experience when he received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. After graduating with a degree in Communications, and a Masters Degree in Sports Management, Ron worked as a strength and conditioning coach for ten of the athletic teams at Florida State. He was also instrumental in pioneering the church plant of Every Nation Tallahassee (ENT) in 1993.

In 2000, he left FSU and accepted a job as the Associate Director of the 55,000 square foot Premier Health and Fitness Center. His responsibilities included hiring new employees, developing fitness programs, managing the facility, marketing, and maintaining open communication with Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.

In 2001, Ron left Premier Health and Fitness Center to take over the Senior Pastor responsibilities of Every Nation Tallahassee Church. Under his leadership, ENT grew into a church that impacted the city of Tallahassee with the gospel of Jesus Christ. The diversity of ethnicities and multiple generations that worshiped at Every Nation Tallahassee were not only an expression of God’s Kingdom, but indicative of the heart and vision of Pastor Ron.

While working at FSU, Ron met the love of his life Cindy. They were married December 14, 1996 and parent three incredible boys named Josiah, Ethan, and Noah. Pastor Ron’s greatest joy in life is loving and serving his wife, and fathering his sons.

Ken & Renee Dew - Associate Pastors

Ken and Renee Dew are senior ministers with Every Nation Ministries and Churches. Ken and Renee are the Founding Pastors of Every Nation Auckland and Every Nation Brisbane in Australia. Over the past twenty years, Ken and Renee have served as Equipping Evangelists, Church Planters, and Oversight directors for Churches in the South Pacific. They recently relocated to Tallahassee to serve as Church Consultants and associated pastors. The Dews have four grown children.

DIANA PROCTOR -Worship Director

Diana Proctor is honored to be the worship director for Every Nation Tallahassee. Her heart is to minister to the heart of God, as He ministers to the heart of His people through music and the creative arts.
Diana was born in Jamaica and moved to Miami, FL with her family as a child. She moved to Tallahassee to attend FSU in 2011, and now holds a Masters degree in Social Work. Diana is married to her best friend Khory, and together they are enjoying the journey of marriage and parenthood.

Diana hopes to encourage our congregation to worship God with depth and authenticity, and to use their creative gifts to glorify Jesus

Pastor Ben & Ashley Dew - College Pastors

Benjamin and Ashley Dew, have the honor and privilege of serving Every Nation Tallahassee as the College as well as being full time Campus Missionaries to FAMU, FSU, and TCC. Ben graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelors in History and from the University of Houston with a Masters in Human Resource Development. He began ministry in February 2019. Ashley graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors of Music Education and began full-time Campus Ministry in June 2018. They were married  June 2020 and are excited about what the Lord has in store for them in the future! Ben and Ashley have a passion to see the next generation of young people come to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

Abigail Dew - Campus Minister

Born in the United States and raised in New Zealand and Australia, Abigail has always had a real heart for people from different nations and backgrounds. It was during this overseas stint that she met Jesus and committed her life to serve him.

Shortly after this she began college at Oral Roberts University. Abigail fell more in love with campus ministry during her time there. God called her to communicate his word through full time missions work. After graduating she began to work with Every Nation, first as an intern in North Texas, and then as a full time campus missionary in Orlando. All the while doing short terms missions to Europe.

It was a real dream come true when she transferred to Tallahassee in the Summer of 2020 to work on the University Campuses of FSU, FAMU, and TCC with their growing campus team.

Abigail feels called to invest her life into raising up young leaders who will go out and reach the world for Jesus.

Christin Lewis - Campus Missionary Intern

Christin Lewis is currently serving as a campus missionary intern at "Every Nation Tallahassee." She is going into her fourth year studying Social Work. God has given her the heart and mission to go and make disciples at Florida A&M University.

Through "Every Nation Campus," Christin plans to make disciples by: engaging the lost, establishing biblical foundations, equipping other students to minister, and empowering those students to lead. Christin is also serving on the worship team at the local church, leading small groups, evangelizing on campus, and helping out with the social media team.

Christin could not do this without you, and she is so grateful to have you partner with her!

Nelson Vincent - Campus Missionary Intern

Nelson is a campus missionary intern at Every Nation Tallahassee. He is in his fourth year of Psychology and Sociology studies. God has given him the desire and the mission to go make disciples at Florida State University.

Nelson plans to make disciples by engaging the lost, establishing biblical foundations, equipping other students to minister, and empowering those students to lead. Nelson serves in the church as a small group leader and worship team member.

Nelson is so excited to be a part of what God is doing in Tallahassee, and is honored to have you, partner, with him as he changes the campus and changes the world!

Martha Miller - Building Manager and Maintenance

Martha retired from Tallahassee Memorial Hospital after 21 years of service. Since retirement to the present she serves the church in the capacity of facility up keep, general maintenance and security.

Rachael Dew - Church Administrator

Rachael grew up with her family as a pastor and missionary daughter in Auckland, New Zealand and Brisbane, Australia from the age of six until she was nineteen years old with Every Nation Ministries. Growing up in ministry instilled in Rachael a love for God, worship, and the church. She later graduated, with her sister Abigail, from Oral Roberts University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance and then later in 2019 with a Master of Arts in Practical Theology. From serving on worship teams in New Zealand, Oklahoma, Texas, and now in Florida; Rachael loves leading people into the presence of God. She serves currently as the Church Administrator at Every Nation Tallahassee and loves getting to work alongside of her family.

Ashley Dew- Children’s Church Director

Every Nation Kids church exists to honor God and make disciples of the next generation! We do that by creating safe and engaging learning environments to partner with parents in discipling their children

Jean Jeune - Elder

Jean has been a member of Every Nation Tallahassee since 1998 when he was a student at Florida State University. He is proud to be a member of an ethnically and generationally diverse body of believers. He feels this church is a great place for people to connect with God and other believers, be trained to do the work of the ministry, and be launched to engage culture and spread the gospel message locally and globally.

Jean met his wife, Teressa, at Every Nation Tallahassee. They have been married since 2005 and together have 8 beautiful children.

As an elder, Jean wants to serve our members by imparting a heart to serve, courage to speak, faith to sow generously, and a vision to captivate and win our youth.
